Supported living and residential care for people living with learning disabilities

Learning Disability support that’s tailored to your needs

Our approach, like everything else at Chrisellie Community Care, we place individual at the center of everything we do. It means we listen, learn, and build a relationship while also developing a support plan that is tailored to each individual.

we understand that the challenges people face can vary, ranging from mild symptoms to more severe and challenging traits.

As a result, our assistance for people with learning impairments varies, with the flexibility to tailor our approach to each individual in order to help them live their best life – regardless of their requirements.

Supported Living Services for people living with Mental Health.

Support with seeing a life beyond mental illness

We believe that there are still far too many people in hospitals or institutional care settings who, with the right support and structure, would thrive in community settings. We offer specialized support and recovery services to people with complex mental health needs, assisting them in transitioning into their own tenancy.

We believe that with the right support, people with mental illness can fully recover; and our goal is to assist them in discovering the qualities they have to break free from the role and identity of ‘patient.’

Supported housing for people with substance misuse issues

We provide specialist supported housing for homeless people whose misuse of drugs and alcohol may make it hard for them to thrive in a more traditional setting. We support and empower them to access support and treatment services, and put in place bespoke individual care plans to ensure their individual needs are addressed.

We strive to provide safe and secure homes for people, but the main aim of our work is to empower people to live more independently and to engage with the wider community.
